PAY AND DISPLAY is an ongoing project from artists Emma Hart and Dai Jenkins, using their car to DISPLAY art on the streets of London.

Using power from the car battery, equipment such as projectors will back project on to the windscreen and audio will be played through the car stereo, enabling people standing by the car to view videos, slides and performances.

Invited artists will PAY AND DISPLAY new work specifically made for the car. The car will be driven to central London and parked in a PAY AND DISPLAY bay for an hour, attracting passers by and planned visitors.
